Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: To ensure smooth delivery and prevent fake orders, our team will call or WhatsApp you at the number provided to confirm your address and order details before dispatching the package. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

2. Estimated Delivery Times We partner with trusted national courier services (such as TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, or Call Courier) to ensure your herbal products arrive safely.
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping: Rs. [300] flat rate across Pakistan.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rs. [4,000]. (Please adjust these amounts to match your actual business pricing).

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also check your order status by logging into your Herbx.Top account.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages If your tracking information shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if the package arrives damaged/tampered with, please contact us immediately at herbx.top@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 03100436270 within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusals If a COD order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the order will be returned to us. Repeated refusals may result in restrictions on future COD orders, and the customer may be held responsible for return shipping charges.
